Main Requirements:

- Relevant University degree in Business or HR, MBA would be a plus 
- 7-10 years of total Experience, with minimum 2 years in managing a payroll outsourcing services unit/provider 
- Hands on experience in Payroll & Personnel management & industry best practices
- Excellent Leadership, Managerial & Communication skills in both Arabic & English
