Egypt is turning into a Global Outsourcing Hub

On March 13, 2023, Egyptian Cabinet's Information and Decision Support Center (IDCS) issued a new infographic reviewing outsourcing services in Egypt, showing 35 global centres for outsourcing services. The global centres provide more than 34 thousand jobs and planning to triple their size over the next three years.

The infographic also demonstrated that international companies prefer Egypt to provide outsourcing services; due to many factors, including the growing and training workforce. Another reason is that 600k college graduates are entering the labour market annually in addition to 200k Egyptian MCIT targeted to training during 2022 with EGP 1.1 Billion investment. Furthermore, advanced infrastructure is another factor; Egypt spent Over $2 Billion to develop internet infrastructure.

Owing to lower labour costs - compared to neighbouring countries, and offering a 30% to 50% corporate tax reduction. Egypt is becoming a global outsourcing hub.
